Shipping

Shipping and handling are $9 up to $90, and 10% for orders over $90, expedited shipping is additional, insurance is additional. Items with propellants will be shipped by UPS Ground. Order turnaround time is 1 week or less (assuming the items are in stock, items not in stock are usually available within 10-14 business days). I will match retail prices of competitors where I can (on a case by case basis). No COD orders. No deliveries to PO /FPO boxes, and no shipments outside of the USA. Thank you for your business!

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final on items other than books due to the personal nature of the products; no refunds will be issued. Demo items purchased at shows are not eligible for exchange/credit; any exceptions to this policy will be noted on your receipt. Due to ease of duplication, CD or DVD products cannot be returned once the package seal is broken.

For all other items, when you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working (and to ensure all items are correct). We will address defective products on a case by case basis. If you feel your item has a manufacturing defect please contact us within 10 days and we will evaluate whether an exchange or store credit is possible.

Make sure to have your receipt and the original packaging available.

If the defect is due to improper use, or from using a combination of incompatible products, an exchange/credit will not be issued.
