Menthol Toast is an enabling product compared to medicinal. The active ingredients present in Menthol Toast are capsaicin and menthol. Therefore, Menthol Toast contains a cool/heat combination. This combination radically reduces pain from arthritis, bursitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, sprains and strains, bruises, cramps, and pains associated with ankles, knees, elbows, shoulders, and the lower back, which is predominately the boney areas of the body. Menthol Toast reduces the sting and swelling of new injuries and battles reoccurring pain while delivering fast relief to joints and tendons. Menthol Toast can also be used as a pre-workout rub on sore areas and an after workout rub to treat strained tendons and joints. Menthol Toast comes in a 6 ounce tube. Directions: Apply a liberal amount of Menthol Toast to the region of specific pain or swelling, avoiding sensitive areas. Wash hands thoroughly. It is recommended that contact lens wearers use a disposable glove or towel to apply. Reapply as needed up to 3 times daily.

Warnings: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, open wounds, cuts and abrasions. Discontinue use if excessive irritation occurs. Do not use with heating pad. Do not shower or hot tub immediately before or after applying Toast ® . Moisture accelerates the active ingredient which causes the sensation of heat. Store at room temperature.
